The use of the site implies full acceptance of the general terms of use described hereafter. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, the users of the site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This site is normally continually accessible to users. Any interruption for technical reasons or for maintenance can be however decided by Nathalie and Alain Sainsard, who will then endeavour to communicate in advance to users the dates and hours of such interruptions.

The site is updated regularly by Nathalie and Alain Sainsard. In the same way, the legal information may be modified at any time: it is nevertheless binding on the user who is invited as often as possible to acquaint themselves with it.

The aim of the site is to provide information concerning all the activities of the company.

Nathalie and Alain Sainsard endeavour to provide information on the site which is as precise as possible. However, the site cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies and lack of information in such updates, which are not of her making or are that of any third party providing the information.

All the information indicated on the site is given as an indication, and is likely to evolve. In addition, the information appearing on the site is not exhaustive. It is given subject to any modifications which might have been made since the launch of the site online.

The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. Moreover, the users of the site undertake to connect to the site by using up-to-date hardware, not containing a virus and with a latest generation browser which has been updated.

Nathalie and Alain Sainsard hold the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use over all the accessible elements on the site, in particular, the text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of whole or part of the site’s elements, by whatever means or process, are prohibited, without the prior written consent of Nathalie and Alain Sainsard.

Any unauthorised exploitation of the site or any of the elements which it contains will be regarded as counterfeiting and legal action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the French Code of Intellectual Property.

6. Limitation of liability.

Nathalie and Alain Sainsard cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s hardware during access to the site, and resulting either from the use of hardware which does not comply with the specifications indicated in item 4, or of the appearance of a bug or any incompatibility.

7. Management of personal data.

In France, personal data is protected by aw no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European directive of 24 October 1995.

During use of the site, the following information can be collected: the URL of the links via which the user reached the site, the user’s access provider, the user’s IP addr Internet (IP).

In any event cause Nathalie and Alain Sainsard personal information relating to the user only for the purposes of certain proposed services by the site. The user provides this information in all full knowledge of the facts, in particular when entering out this information. Any litigation in relation to the use of the site is governed French law and will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
